This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application Animals Peekaboo ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information. Animals Peekaboo is a calm, textâfree diggingâandâdiscovery game designed for young children (ages 3â5) and their parents.
This policy applies to everyone who uses Animals Peekaboo, and it is written knowing the primary users are young children. We hold ourselves to the standards expected of children's apps, including the U.S. COPPA, the EU GDPR (including child protections, "GDPRâK"), Google Play's Families Policy / "Designed for Families", and, where applicable, Apple's Kids Category guidelines.
Animals Peekaboo does not collect, request, store offâdevice, or transmit any of the following:
There is no server, no backend, and no cloud account. The developer never receives any data about you or your child.
To make the game pleasant to return to, the App saves a small amount of information on the device only, using the operating system's standard local storage (Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults). None of it is personal, and none of it leaves the device:

This data is stored in the App's private area, is inaccessible to other apps, and is removed when the App is uninstalled.
Animals Peekaboo requests no sensitive permissions â no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage. The technical permission list contains only: the standard internet / networkâstate permissions and the billing permission, which are required so the Google Play Store can process the optional oneâtime purchase (see §8); and a nonâsensitive internal permission added automatically by the audio component to play the inâapp music. None of these grant access to your personal data, and the App itself does not use the internet connection to collect, send, or receive any information about you or your child â all purchase handling is performed by the Google Play Store, not by the App.
Animals Peekaboo is intentionally textâfree: it speaks animal names and short praise in your chosen language using the textâtoâspeech engine built into your device's operating system. The words read aloud are a fixed, builtâin list that ships inside the App; no personal text is generated or sent. This speech is governed by your device manufacturer's and operating system's privacy policy and, on modern devices, is generated onâdevice. We do not control, receive, or store anything from this process. If your device has no voice installed for a chosen language, the App simply stays silent for those words â the colorful animal pictures still work.
The gentle background music is bundled inside the App and played locally. Nothing about playback is collected or transmitted, and it can be muted at any time.
Animals Peekaboo contains no advertising of any kind â no banners, interstitials, rewarded ads, or thirdâparty ad networks. This was a deliberate choice for a children's product.
Animals Peekaboo offers a single, optional oneâtime purchase ("unlock all worlds") that opens the additional premium worlds. It is entirely optional â the App is fully playable for free â and every purchase is placed behind a parental gate (a simple problem an adult solves) so a young child cannot buy by accident.
The purchase is processed entirely by the official Google Play Store billing system. The App never sees, requests, or stores any payment information (no card numbers, billing address, or similar). We never receive your identity, card numbers, or payment details â only the financial and sales reports that Google provides to developers. Your use of Google Play billing is also governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
Animals Peekaboo integrates no thirdâparty analytics, advertising, social, or tracking SDKs. It is built with the openâsource Flutter framework and a few openâsource components used for onâdevice functionality (local storage, audio playback, and a bridge to the device's textâtoâspeech engine), plus the official Google Play Billing component used solely to process the optional inâapp purchase (see §8). None of these collect personal data or build any profile of you; the billing component is operated by Google and shares no payment details with the App.
Because all stored information lives only on your device, you are always in control. To delete everything, uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings. We have nothing to delete on our side, because we never receive your data and operate no servers or accounts.
Animals Peekaboo is designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. The App contains no ads, no external links inside the play area, no social features, no chat, and no userâgenerated content sharing. There is no web browser and no way for a child to freely reach the internet, other users, or us from within the play area; the only network feature is the parentâgated purchase, which hands off to the Google Play Store. Any links to external resources are placed behind a parental gate or outside the childâfacing flow where required.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us (see §14) â although, by design, the App provides no mechanism for this to happen.
Since the App collects no personal data and stores its small game data only within the device's protected, appâprivate storage, there is no personal data at risk on our side. Onâdevice data is protected by your device's own operatingâsystem security.
The App itself performs no data transfers of personal information of any kind, and the developer receives no personal data about you in any region. The only network activity is the optional purchase, which is carried out by the Google Play Store under Google's own infrastructure and policies â the App is not involved in transferring any personal or payment data. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of TĂŒrkiye, where the developer is based.
